PICK-UP / DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped to the address specified by you during the checkout process. AG Wraps is not responsible for any loss of the products following shipment from AG Wraps facilities to your address, however, AG Wraps is not a faceless corporation built on the foundation of robbing customers. If your item gets lost in transit, simply reach out to us via our Contact our info section and we’ll work with you to ensure you get what you paid for.
CANCELLATION / RETURNS
You cannot cancel the order and demand a refund once the order is successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway. Refund requests will only be considered:
- If the buyer does not want to get the delivery of the ordered products within 15 days from the order date.
- If AG Wraps fails to ship the ordered products.
- If the shipping location is not serviced by our contracted courier.
No refund requests will be entertained for damaged products. The damaged products will be exchanged as per our exchange policy. No Returns will be entertained if a customer wants to return the product for the reason that he OR she doesn’t like it after delivery of the product or feels the product doesn’t match his or her expectations. No refunds will be given in the following cases:
- Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
- After 3 failed delivery attempts by our merchant.
- The Package was refused by the recipient.
- In case of minor design and color variations. In case of mobile skins, there will always be some variation in color between products you see online and products you get in hand.

UNDELIVERED GOODS
If an order does not successfully arrive at the delivery address provided during checkout within the recommended time-frame, please use the contact info section and let us know. We’ll work with you to get a re-shipment processed and ensure that you receive the product you paid for. We do not provide any refunds based on undelivered items, as delivery is out of our control once an item has left our warehouse. To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered or destroyed.
GENERAL
These Terms and conditions of Sale constitute the entire agreement between you and AG Wraps with respect to your purchase of products through the Website. The delay or failure of AG Wraps to act with respect to a breach of these Terms of Sale by you or others does not constitute a waiver and shall not limit AG Wraps rights with respect to such breach or any subsequent breaches. AG Wraps shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform any of its obligations under these Terms of Sale if such delay or failure is due to causes beyond its control. Notwithstanding any other provision of these Terms of Sale, any provision of these Terms of Sale that imposes or contemplates continuing rights or obligations on you or us will survive the expiration or termination of these Terms of Sale.
